Senior Amy Johnson failed to make the finals in her three events at the 2009 NCAA Division III National Swimming and Diving Championships.
Three Olivet College student-athletes -- sophomore Kellen Beckwith (Farmington Hills/North Farmington), senior Steven Davis (Davidsville, Md./DeMatha) and senior Amy Johnson (Gaylord) -- have been named to the 2009 All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) swimming and diving teams.
The Olivet College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams have finished in third and fourth-place at the 2009 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Swimming and Diving Championships. The men had 542 points, while the women tallied 377 points.
