UOlivet sixth at Cleary Spring Invitational

BRIGHTON, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's golf team was sixth at Cleary University Spring Invitational, held today at the Oak Pointe Country Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets posted a 328 team score.
- The host Cougars took the top spot in the team standings with a 312. Concordia University-Ann Arbor and Lourdes University shared second with 316s, followed by Siena Heights University, 318; and Indiana Tech, 319.
- Seven golfers tied for first on the individual leaderboard with 75s.
FOR THE COMETS
- The top five Olivet scorers were each separated by one stroke. Sophomore Brady Applegate led the way with an 80.
- Junior Mitchell Bair-Pollard was next at 81.
- Sophomore Zachary Lull played as an individual scorer and shot 82.
- Freshman Zachary Pier carded an 83.
- Sophomore Noah LaValley completed his round in 84 strokes.
- Freshman Bradon Ellis recorded an 86.
