Men’s golf team takes third at Ohio Northern Polar Bear Easter Classic

HARROD, Ohio – The Olivet College men's golf team concluded its 2021-22 season by finishing third at the Ohio Northern University Polar Bear Easter Classic, played at the Colonial Golfers Club .

Final Placement: 3rd of seven schools
Par / Yardage: 72 / 6,886 yards

• The Comets shot a 341 team score.
• Tiffin (Ohio) University took first-place with a 318 team score, followed by the host Polar Bears at 319 and Heidelberg (Ohio) University at 344.
• Tiffin's Colton Vincelette won a tiebreaker to capture medalist honors with a 77.

• Sophomore Blake McLane was part of a tie for 10th-place in the player standings with an 81. The 81 matched his career-best 18-hole score.
• Freshman Connor Jewell carded an 84.
• Junior Wes Darrow shot an 87.
• Sophomore Liam Carter posted an 89.
• Freshman Dylan Beck completed his round in 109 strokes.
