Women’s track and field team finishes in sixth-place at MIAA Field Day

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Olivet College women's track and field team finished in seventh-place at the 2018 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Field Day.
TOP PERFORMERS
- Nicole Zerfas placed seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, stopping the clock at a school-record time of 12:04.33.
- Isabelle Leon was eighth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:04.68.
- Michaela Kaliniak posted a fifth-place performance in the pole vault, clearing the bar at 10 foot.
- The 4x400-meter relay team of Leon, Zerfas, Samantha Torres and Sarah Feldpausch finished in sixth-place with a time of 4:23.23.
- Ariel Floyd scored seventh-place points in the shot put with a 35 feet, 2-1/2 inch heave.
