FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The University of Olivet women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to University of Saint Francis (Ind.) today at the Swinney Tennis Center.

- Records: Olivet 0-2 overall, Saint Francis 1-6 overall
- Since Saint Francis is an NAIA school, the NAIA scoring rules were used in the match. Those rules include the school that wins at least two of the doubles flights earns one team point. The Cougars won two doubles flights and five singles flights for their six team points.
- At No. 3 doubles, the freshmen duo of Kayden Alli and Madison Golden posted a 6-4 win.
- Olivet's lone point came at No. 5 singles, where freshman Amirah Goode cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 victory.
- The Comets lost three singles matches on tiebreakers for the third set.
- The Comets participate in the Albion College Doubles Invitational tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. Olivet then hosts Alma College Wednesday, October 4, the Kolassa Tennis Complex, starting at 4 p.m.
