Women’s tennis team blanked by Trine, 9-0

MARSHALL, Mich. – The Olivet College women's tennis team fell to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) foe Trine (Ind.) University, 9-0, today at Marshall High School.

• The Thunder earned wins in the three doubles pro-sets and the six singles matches.

• In doubles, the No. 3 duo of junior Jill Arends and sophomore Jenna Otten went down 3-0 before falling by an 8-5 score.
• Junior Kennedy Karns won the most games in singles, as she lost 6-2, 6-1 at the No. 3 position.

• The Comets finish the 2022 season when they travel to play Kalamazoo College. First serve is at 11 a.m.
