Women’s tennis team defeated at IU-South Bend, 6-3

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Olivet College women's tennis team suffered a 6-3 loss to Indiana University-South Bend today at Lepeer Park in South Bend, Indiana.

• The Titans earned wins in 2-of-3 doubles flights and 4-of-6 singles flights to post the 6-3 win.

• The No. 1 doubles team of juniors Miranda Pier and Sydnie Weller won an 8-6 pro-set.
• Pier also picked-up a 6-2, 6-2 win at the No. 1 singles position.
• Freshman Haley Eversole claimed a 6-1, 6-4 victory at No. 4 singles.

• Olivet wraps-up its fall schedule with a non-conference match against Alma College Saturday, Sept. 22. The match is a doubleheader with the Comet men and will be played at Harper Creek High School in Battle Creek, starting at noon.
