BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – The Olivet College women's tennis team suffered a 6-3 loss Trine (Ind.) University in its season-finale today at the Harper Creek High School Tennis Complex in Battle Creek.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Thunder had wins in 2-of-3 doubles flights and 4-of-6 singles flights to pull out the 6-3 victory.
FOR THE COMETS
- Juniors Maddy Drikakis and BreAnne Rudlaff held on for a 9-8 (4) victory at No. 1 doubles.
- Drikakis came from behind to win at No. 1 singles. After losing the first set 6-0, she rallied to win the second set 7-5. Drikakis won a super-tiebreaker, 10-7, for the third set.
- Rudlaff earned a hard-fought win at No. 2 singles. She blanked her opponent in the first set 6-0 before losing the second set 6-1. Rudlaff won the third set 7-5 for the victory.
- Before the match, Olivet recognized senior Isabel Snyder who played in her final collegiate tennis match.
