HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Pilots on the three doubles matches by three different scores and swept the six singles matches to pull out the 9-0 shutout win.
FOR THE COMETS
- Olivet's closest match in double play came at the No. 3 flight, where sophomore Rae Claramunt and senior Jeanette Fisher lost an 8-5 pro-set.
- At No. 6 singles, Claramunt lost the first set 6-2 and then fell in the second set 7-6 with a 7-5 score in the tiebreaker.
