LaValley earns second-team All-MIAA honors in women's tennis
Olivet College sophomore Caitlin LaValley (Battle Creek/Pennfield) has earned 2011 All-MIAA second-team honors in women’s tennis. The honor was announced at the conclusion of today’s MIAA Tournament at Kalamazoo College.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Olivet College sophomore Caitlin LaValley (Battle Creek/Pennfield) has earned 2011 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) second-team honors in women's tennis. The honor was announced at the conclusion of today's MIAA Tournament at Kalamazoo College.
LaValley finished the season with an 11-8 record in singles play, including three wins against MIAA competition. She teamed with junior Kelsey Singer (Brooklyn/Columbia Central) to post an 11-6 record in doubles, including five victories in MIAA play. At the MIAA Tournament, LaValley won her two singles matches and one doubles match.
