Women's tennis team defeats Spring Arbor, 6-3;
The Olivet College women’s tennis team extended its win streak to three matches with a 6-3 win at non-conference foe Spring Arbor University. In the win, the Lady Comets (5-6) picked-up wins at four of six singles flights and two of three doubles flights.

In doubles play, the #1 tandem of Corey Jager (Kalamazoo/Loy Norrix High School) and Rachel Vilums (Hudsonville High School) and the #2 tandem of Stephanie Reed (Holt High School) and Lindsey Struble (Battle Creek/Harper Creek High School) won by identical pro-set scores of 8-3.
Vilums, Struble, Venera Kurteshi (Taylor Truman High School) and Heather Boultinghouse (Gowen Greenville High School) won #1, #4, #5 and #6 singles, respectively.
Olivet resumes Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play on Wednesday, April 7, at Kalamazoo College. The match is scheduled to start at 3 p.m.
