The Olivet College women's tennis team opened the southern portion of its 2004 schedule with an 8-1 loss against Elizabethtown (Pa.) College at the Port Royal Racquet Club in Hilton Head, S.C.
The lone victory for the Lady Comets came at #1 doubles as freshmen Mallory Bailey (Kalamazoo/Loy Norrix High School) and Rachel Vilums (Hudsonville High School) picked-up an 8-4 pro-set victory.
Olivet will be back in action tomorrow, March 4, against Bridgewater (Va.) College at 4 p.m.
