ANGOLA, Ind. – The Olivet College women's soccer team suffered a 2-0 shutout loss to Trine (Ind.) University this afternoon at the Weaver Soccer Field.

Records: Olivet 0-2 overall, 0-2 MIAA; Trine 8-1 overall, 1-0 MIAA
- The Thunder did not waste any time by virtue of scoring their first goal in the ninth minute.
- Trine scored its second goal in the 21st minute off a set piece.
- There was no more scoring for the rest of the game.
- Olivet finished the game with seven shots, including four by sophomore Mary Mitchell. Three of her shots were on-goal.
- Junior Mekenzie Lamb was the keeper for all 90 minutes and made three saves.
- The Trine goals were by Taylor Noll and Andrea Wright.
- Wright, Courtney Reece and Mia Schlueter each had two shots.
- Jessalyn Friederick collected three saves.
- Olivet hosts Albion College Friday afternoon at 4 p.m.
