FREELAND, Mich. – Olivet College sophomore forward Isabelle Leon has been named the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

Leon scored the game-winning goal in both Comet wins last week. She netted the only goal in Olivet's 1-0 win over Adrian College Sept. 9, and then added a goal and two assists in a 3-1 victory over Saint Mary's (Ind.) College Sept. 12. For the season, Leon has scored the game-winning goal in three of the Comets' four wins.

Leon and the Comets are back in action tomorrow when they travel to play Bluffton (Ohio) University in a non-conference contest at 4 p.m. They will resume MIAA play Thursday afternoon against Alma College. Game time at the Cutler Athletic Complex is 4 p.m.
