The women’s soccer team improved to 4-1 on the season with a 2-0 shutout victory over Hanover (Ind.) today at the L.S. Ayres Complex in Hanover, Ind.

HANOVER, Ind. -- The Olivet College women's soccer team improved to 4-1 on the season with a 2-0 shutout victory over Hanover (Ind.) College today at the L.S. Ayres Complex in Hanover, Ind.
After a scoreless first half, Olivet scored its first goal just 2:09 into the second half. From 18 yards out, senior Katie Koralewski (Sterling Heights/Stevenson) had her shot hit the crossbar and bounce into the goal. With 3:41 left in the game, the Comets added their second goal. Junior Lizzy Julian (Mattawan) scored off a corner kick by Koralewski.
For the game, Olivet recorded eight shots, including four for Julian. Senior Alyssa Budros (Traverse City/Central) played all 90 minutes in goal, facing 11 shots and making six saves.
Olivet will play at Thomas More (Ky.) College tomorrow at 1 p.m.
