With the win, the Comets clinch a share of the 2019 MIAA title and can win the outright title with a win at Adrian College on Jan. 31.

Olivet rebounded to beat Heidelberg (Ohio), 26-16, in the consolation bracket.and bowed out of the duals with a 27-15 loss to No. 16 Wis.-Whitewater.
