Men’s Cross Country: Davis aids Olivet to ninth-place finish at MCC Jayhawk Invitational

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Olivet men's cross country team placed 10th at the 2023 Muskegon Community College Jayhawk Invitational today at the University Park Golf Course.

• Location: University Park Golf Course; Muskegon, Michigan
• UO Team: 10th of 11 (258 points)
• Top UO Individual: Chris Davis, 16th of 155

• Senior Chris Davis was the top Olivet finisher, as he completed the 8K course in 26:08.5 to place 16th of 155 runners.
• Senior Hunter Hillard ran the race in 27:48.3.
• Junior Noah Feudi posted a time of 29:02.2.
• Sophomore Anthony DeVito had a time of 29:59.2.
• Freshman Deegan Bodell crossed the finish line in 30:19.1.

• The Comets are back in action in two weeks, Saturday, October 28, at the 2023 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championships. Hope College is hosting the event at the Three Fires Golf Club in Holland.
