Men’s cross country team runs at Manchester Invitational

N. MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Olivet College men's cross country team ran today at the at Manchester (Ind.) College Invitational.

Freshman Andrew Benkovsky (Eaton Rapids) completed the 8K course in 29:42.6. Senior Tom Sobleskey (Olivet) was 15.1 seconds behind him in 29:57.7. Freshman Greg Lutzke (Williamston) finished in 30:05.2. Junior Brock Hubbard (Battle Creek/Harper Creek) cracked the 31:00 minute barrier with a time of 30:36.6.

The Comets will next compete Oct. 29 at the 2011 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championships, hosted by Alma College.
