Men’s tennis team suffers 9-0 loss to Holy Cross in season-opener

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Olivet College men's tennis team started its fall schedule with a 9-0 loss to Holy Cross (Ind.) College today at Leeper Park in South Bend, Indiana.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Saints won all three doubles matches, losing only four games. Holy Cross swept the six singles matches.

FOR THE COMETS

• Junior Ben Morris had the most competitive match, losing two close sets 6-4, 7-6 (5) at the No. 6 singles slot.

• Olivet is idle until next Tuesday, Sept. 19, when it travels to play Concordia University-Ann Arbor. First serve is set for noon.
