McCormack named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week

Olivet College junior defender Brad McCormack (Marshall High School) has been selected as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Defensive Player of the Week for men's soccer.

McCormack anchored the Olivet defense against tough competition last Friday and Saturday, Sept. 5-6, at the Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU) Adidas Classic. The Comets fell to OWU, 3-0, before rebounding to defeat Capital University of Ohio, 1-0. Olivet is idle until Saturday, Sept. 13 when it hosts non-conference foe Oberlin College at 2 p.m.
