KALAMAZOO, Mich. –The University of Olivet men's golf team finished seventh at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Jamboree #2, hosted by Kalamazoo College and at the Kalamazoo Country Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Comets shot a 312 team score to finish one stroke behind Albion College and the host Hornets.
- Hope College slipped past Calvin University by one stroke to win the team title, 292 to 293.
- Dylan Clark from Calvin claimed individual medalist honors with an even par 71.
FOR THE COMETS
- Freshman Zachary Pier had Olivet's low score with a four-over par 76.
- Sophomore Brady Applegate and junior Mitchell Bair-Pollard both shot a 77. Applegate made an eagle on No. 1, a par five and 517-yard hole. Bair-Pollard had a team-best three birdies.
- Freshman Bradon Ellis completed his round in 82 strokes.
- Sophomore Noah LaValley tallied an 84.
