Men’s Golf: Olivet finishes fourth at BW Spring Invitational

HINCKLEY, Ohio – The University of Olivet men's golf team placed fourth at the Baldwin Wallace Spring Invitational today at the Pine Hills Golf Club.

• UO Team: 4th of 4 (+71)
• Top UO Individual: Brady Applegate (+11), T7th of 30

• The Comets had a 359 team score.
• Heidelberg (Ohio) University had three of the top four individuals to win the team title by 11 strokes over Hiram (Ohio) College, 316 to 327. The host Yellow Jackets were third at 340.
• Emerson Grassbaugh from Heidelberg took medalist honors with a one-over par 73.

• Freshman Brady Applegate shot Olivet's low round with an 83 to tie for seventh in the player standings.
• Freshman Zachary Lull carded an 89.
• Sophomore Mitchell Bair-Pollard completed his round in 91 strokes.
• Freshman Noah LaValley totaled 96 strokes.

• Olivet participates in the Anderson (Ind.) University Invitational Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14, at the Anderson Country Club.
