Bio

Dustin is in his second year at Olivet. He came to the Comet men's basketball program with numerous high school accolades. Orns was Class D Player of the Year, All-State (3 times), Conference Player of the Year (twice), All-District (3 times), All-Area (4 times), is ranked 24th in the state history in career points (2,073) and has the most career free throws made (629) in the state of Michigan.

Dustin is majoring in insurance and risk management and hopes to be an insurance agent upon graduation.  He enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games, and wakeboarding. His favorite athlete is Michael Jordan. Orns' life quote is "Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending."

Dustin is the son of Sam and Jayne Orns. He has four older siblings, Brad, Kelli, Shelly, and Christy.
